Does anyone need an account?
No. The organiser gets one private link and each contributor gets their own. Nobody signs up for anything and there is no password to lose.
How long does it take to play?
Ten to fifteen minutes for a game with ten or twelve contributors, if the recipient reads everything properly. That estimate comes from the length of the messages, not from watching a real recipient — we have not had one yet.
What if someone writes something unkind?
Two things stop it. Every contribution is checked automatically for contact details and abusive language; anything it is unsure about waits for you. And before the show is handed over you confirm you have read every message — you can take any of them out with one click.
Can people add photos or their voice?
On Premium, yes. Each contributor can add one photo, one voice note of up to 30 seconds and one video of up to 20 seconds; they are shown in their moment, on the wall at the end and in the film. Photos are stored without location data and everything is deleted with the rest. Basic is text only: in the film every message becomes a colourful card with fun pictures that match the words.
How much does the organiser have to do?
Paste the names and email addresses once. Invitations, reminders, the content check and the show itself are automatic. You read what people wrote, press one button, and hand over the link — or set a delivery date and we send it.
How many people do I need?
At least three, otherwise it is not a group card. The maximum is 15 on Basic and 30 on Premium.
What if someone misses the deadline?
Contributors get a reminder on day 3, 7 and 12. You can finish the show whenever at least three people are in; if you do nothing, we finish it on the deadline and email you the link. Nothing reaches the recipient until you hand it over.
Can I see it before they do?
Yes. There is a Preview button on your dashboard that plays the finished game without touching their copy, so you see exactly what they will see.
What happens to the messages afterwards?
The game stays online for 90 days after delivery and is then deleted automatically, along with everything people typed. Before that, you and they can download the film: every message, photo and voice note put together with music, as one MP4 that is yours to keep forever. You can also delete everything yourself at any moment from your dashboard.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The game is built for a phone first and works with on-screen buttons; on a computer you use the keyboard. Nothing is installed.
Is it only for people leaving a job?
That is what it was built for, and it is what we are testing first. It also works for a retirement, someone moving away, a graduation, a group of friends or a family. You pick the occasion on the first screen.
What if I change my mind?
Within 14 days of paying, as long as the game has not been delivered yet, you get your money back, no discussion. Ask on the support page; it is handled the moment you press send.
